In 2018 UFG worked closely with Interplan to roll out its new concept called Venture X. It’s a co-working space with well-defined branding and conceptual drawings. Interplan jumped right in, providing architecture, MEP engineering, and permitting services to develop their first landmark location in Palm Beach Gardens. As Venture X set its sights on further development, UFG hired Interplan to create and maintain their prototype. Shortly thereafter, we began working directly with their franchisees in multiple locations throughout the US, keeping their brand consistent, despite widely varying office sizes and spaces. Over time, we helped UFG find efficiencies and tweaks in the design that helped lay the groundwork for a smooth experience anywhere they want to go.
